Already on the outbound side of the city
LB Nagar is a major residential and commercial hub in east Hyderabad, and the terminus of the Hyderabad Metro's Red Line. It also functions as something of a gateway locality — several outbound highways, including the road toward Nagarjuna Sagar and the Vijayawada direction, effectively begin from this side of the city, and the area has long been a starting point for travellers heading east and northeast out of Hyderabad.
That geography works in your favour for a Yadagirigutta trip. Since the temple sits roughly 60–65 km northeast of the city on NH163, a pickup from LB Nagar avoids most of the cross-city driving that pickups from Gachibowli, Attapur or other western/southern localities have to do first. In practice this usually means a noticeably shorter run — often under 1.5 hours in normal traffic — making a mid-morning departure realistic where a western pickup would need a much earlier start.
LB Nagar is also a genuinely family-oriented locality with a strong local market, including one of Telangana's larger fruit markets nearby — a practical starting point for family and small-group darshan trips.
